"I have been going to Owens for eight years. Yesterday I brought my car in for an oil change when I got home I noticed that some thing was missing off The car . Took my car back and told him . He got nasty, arrogant, yelling, disrespectful. I’m a 47 year old working Mom and the way he talked to me I will never return . He lost a customer."

"Employee added GAS to truck that clearly says diesel on the side!!! They also added GAS into my diesel chipper!!!. Again right underneath the cap says diesel fuel only!!! Wont take responsibility of refueling my vehicles after having to dump all the fuel out of both my truck and woodchipper. Attendent was a spanish worker, will need to pursue further actions if my injectors go on them…. Dont recommend coming here, guy can’t read even though it clearly says diesel only… Began blaming us, thankfully we saw but he had already added fuel to both of our equipment… All i asked for was to fix whats right and he didn’t want to…"

"Absolutely appalled with how I was treated. Owen (the owner) was nothing but disrespectful and flat out mean and seems that’s how he treats all women. After being yelled at and talked down to multiple times, along with being charged $20 just to look at my tire, I went to Chris’s auto up the road. A little more expensive but worth it for some basic human dignity. This place doesn’t deserve to operate."

"I usually don't write review, but after my experience today I wanted to share it. I left the doctor's office in a sling, went to get gas and the car died right at the pump. Yep. Owen came right out with his portable jumper, and gave it a jump. At first, the car started right up, but it died again within a minute. He noticed the day I was having - he said he wanted to check my alternator, and luckily that was fine. He replaced the battery and sent me on my way. I was out of the shop within 25 minutes. I've been going to this shop for 15 years and I've yet to be disappointed. These are honest, local, loyal and efficient mechanics. There are some mechanics that would have told me it was the alternator just to get a few extra bucks- not these guys. That's how you get loyal customers. Thank you Owen and your team. I really appreciate you guys."
