I picked my car up today and can now confidently say that all the reviews are true! Dmitry called me just about every day with updates, worked through insurance issues, and made sure they only gave me OEM parts. I needed to get my entire front bumper replaced, after someone hit it in a parking lot, but my car looks better now than when I bought it and they cleaned it inside and out!
