"I don’t normally leave reviews but thought I should for A-Tech. Brought my truck in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. I saw they have good reviews so I trusted they would do right by me. I quickly found out that while they were very nice the prices were extremely high. They had to drop my exhaust to get to the transmission pan, which is normal but upon picking up my truck I noticed a large exhaust leak. I called Mike and told him about it. He then went on to say they would not fix the exhaust leak they caused and continued to talk down to me. I will be taking this to the BBB to get it resolved. Also they will up sell you things you don’t need. Mike told me they would charge $600 for just replacing the back brakes. When I asked why it was so much he said they replace the rotors as well, even though the rotors were perfectly fine. I would avoid this shop at all cost. Up charging, up selling, and shady business is all you will get."

"I really enjoyed doing business here! I will continue utilizing them for future car repairs or maintenance. The communication was excellent and there was nothing hidden! My dad lives out of state and wanted to talk to them personally about what was possibly wrong with my car, and there was no issue with the workers repeating the issues with my dad. My dad also wanted to me to ask for pictures of the issue, which I didn’t because I got nervous ha! Either way, they gave me the quote via text and THERE WAS ALREADY PICTURES TAKEN WITHOUT ME ASKING! I thoroughly enjoyed the transparency. Plus, they have race-car seats in the waiting area. Super cute. 10/10 recommend! For reference, I came here with an unpleasant sounding car. Turned out, there was a hole in my exhaust! Pricing was fair and again, TRANSPARENT."
