"If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a triple trunk palm, the website did not say sold out like it did for other palms. I was charged immediately and after waiting 3 weeks for delivery and many calls they said the would deliver on Saturday morning. I waited and they never showed up, finally someone texted me back and said they didn’t have a tree and I would have to wait for their next delivery. I cancelled my order. The owner contacted me and said he would deliver a tree and refund me my money since their customer service had let me down. I never got a refund, but they did deliver a smaller tree than what I ordered. I’ve attached a picture of my dead palm Tree that is still in my back yard. I called and was told it would be picked up, but they let it die instead. Now I have to get rid of this thing, maybe since it’s December 15th I can move it to the front yard and put lights on it. Don’t do business with this guy, he’s let me down in every way he could."

"I contacted them them through the website because I haven’t seen anything on the internet addressing my issue of the soils separating from my palm and lifting up. Brandon responded within a few hours requesting pics. He gave me his interpretation of what is going with my palm. Explaining there is possibly some obstruction like a big rock blocking my tree so the roots are shifting . I appreciate his quick response and pray his evaluation of my situation is correct.
