Everyone is extremely busy but everyone takes the time to help you, greet you, know you and be supportive of your needs and concerns. Cancer patients have many good days and sadly, some bad days. Some triumphs and many tears. Through it all the team is able to show amazing levels of compassion and provide top levels of medical knowledge. I am always pleased with their efforts on my behalf and happy with the successes we have had. They are not just my cancer team, they are my friends. Hartford Healthcares is also part of a larger partnership with Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC. This partnership allows them access to cutting edge cancer treatments and collaboration with other doctors on the frontline of cancer research and treatment. Most importantly, HHC is fully qualified to complete most of those treatments close to home at the Meriden location. There are no promises in cancer treatment. However, I could not be more pleased with the team i am working with and the treatment that I receive from my oncology team in Meriden."
