Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I called first to make sure I can get a tire rotation with my oil change and they assured me that would be no problem. Pulled into the bay and said I needed a tire rotation and an oil change and after they started the oil change told me they don’t do tire rotation. They obviously lied to get the oil change. If they’ll lie like that, how can you trust them to service your car?"

"I've been going to Valvoline, Mt. Kisco for many years now...but knew to expect some changes due to the pandemic. You can now just stay in your car as they do a full service oil change which is great since I am 'high risk'! They made a good recommendation to have the tires rotated which I would have forgotten if they hadn't mentioned it. It wasn't until the next day that I realized I didn't use coupons I had. I called and spoke to Richard who was very understanding and resolved the issue quickly and courteously. As we're having to get used to doing things in a totally different way, I very much appreciate the personal service I have always felt at Mt. Kisco Valvoline. Thank you!"

"I am sorry to post a bad review, truly. After 10 plus years of using their services, my last visit caused a disaster. The oil filter was not tight enough after the last oil change and the oil that slowly leaked out subsequently caused my engine to seize. $7,000 worth of damage. You would think loyalty would help me, but I am now fighting to have Valvoline pay for the damages and the rental I now have to encrue."

"I had such a great experience. It was very fast, and I was taken care of right away. The waiting area was nice and very clean, coffee and cookies were a nice touch. I read some comments by People who complain about other services and upgrades being offered probably don't care about their cars. This is my second car and I actually want this one to last (so maybe I actually will do them on time). I appreciate being told how my car would benefit from the upgraded oil, and I'm willing to pay a few extra bucks."
