"i used this company before to fix my car no regrets . this time i have to deal with the lady owner who usually answer the calls. they made me believe that i can bring the car next week from a getleman that it is on the shop . look the guy who does the estimates and the man said i will call you to let you know when you can bring your car maximun in a week well ..it never happened i told them since i have the service before i would like my car to be repair here again .he never call me than when i called to find out this person on the phone a woman who asnwers the call usually was very mean and did not allow me to talk to the guy and said i know who you are we are busy if you want us to fix your car it will be in 3 months with a nasty aptitude no intention to help or explain. i wasted my time and they guy did not even bother to call me to let me know when i will bring my car. i understand if you are busy and you don't want more customers but be honest and tell the truth do not make the customer believe their car is going to be fix when you are not interested or have NO time to fix it...plus the person on the phone. she is very mean. And i feel not talking to her anymore or call, that's how customers get the impression of her and it is true i read another review with the same complaing . i got another body shop who is working on it.who was willing to treat me with respect and courtesy and professional no way i am coming back to numme .....sorry."

"GEICO partners with this shop as part of their Auto Repair Express program. The repair process could not have been simpler. I had a long gash in the right rear of my car repaired here, and the car looks perfect. It even looks like they washed and waxed it. As far as value is concerned, their estimate seemed reasonable, but I only had to pay my insurance deductible, so I wasn't overly concerned with the cost. As for the quality and speed speed of the repair, I couldn't be more satisfied. The car looks like new and I had it back in less than 3 days. Edit to add that I had a repair done on another vehicle here through the same process and the service was equally outstanding. This was a very long scrape and dent on the door and rear quarter panel of a minivan. They did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return here for repairs in the future."
