""Total Class" should be the name of Miller Motors. The personal approach from a high integrity business like Miller Motors cannot be underestimated. I came to buy a car and left with both the car and also a friend. Sales Specialist, Shuan did everything to give me the best deal possible and arrange the exact car I wanted.  Shuan changed the usually difficult and stressful experience of buying a car into a seamless, no pressure process right up to the final delivery of my car.  He was available 24/7; I never saw anyone work as hard. Even the General Manager, Tim checked in from time to time to make sure everything was ok and to personally say thank you when I bought the car. Their total and sincere customer focus was outstanding. To add a little anecdotal background, I was buying a car as a surprise gift and I wasn't sure what would be the final color, model or even the brand but I needed to have a physical car for the surprise. Although it was understood that there was always a chance I could end up buying a different brand from another dealer,  Shuan supported me over many months to plan and then even arrange a loaner car for the surprise. He did everything but put the red bow on the car. Shuan made it happen, and I ended up buying the car."
