"Told a defective hub was perfectly safe to drive on until the parts came in (they said it was back ordered and would take about 1 month). Magically the parts arrived when documentation stating it was safe to drive was requested. Gas lighting 101. At least know your customer before you attempt such poorly thought out tactics. 2 stars only as they actually provided the repairs they said they would. Needs improvement with customer relations/service."

"I had a bad experience with the service department. I had gotten a couple of notices on some recalls, and when I asked about them, it took them a while to find them in the system. Then, after scheduling the recall service and asking about a loaner, the car would be worked on for a few days, and I needed a way to get around. When I showed up, they seemed to have forgotten I was coming and had to verify if the parts were in. There was no loaner car, and now I'm stuck using Uber until my car is fixed. I'm glad I don't have any more work that will need to be done there anymore. Would not recommend it."
