"While I was waiting for my parents car to be worked on, I heard them talking about new fees to add onto work being done for any customer in order to get more money. I have never gone back since. Edit: While it is true that I have reviewed places all across the nation, it is because coming from an affluent place such as Madison has allowed me the luxury of travel. "Service is always done correct and for the price quoted. Never any surprises when you pick up the car plus they never give an annoying list of things that need to be done to the car. They review what could be a potential future problem but never pressure me to fix at that moment. At one point I had 4 cars when my kids were home. They were not all Fords.
