"Please check the low reviews before coming here. I also came in thinking the vehicle would be a certain price but once they got me in the door, the price actually went up. They are so dishonest and add up ridiculous fees. Horrible experience. Completely untrustworthy. On top of all of this, they sold a car with mechanical issues a 2017 chevrolet malib."

"HORRIBLE!!! I made an appointment to go look at a certain truck. Had multiple emails throughout the week with the dealership about the truck and going to test drive and buy the truck. Drove an HOUR AN A HALF to my appointment only for the rude salesman to tell me that they just sold the truck 30-45 minutes earlier. Apparently, appointments don't mean anything to them. They had a similar truck that was a few thousand dollars more but refused to budge on the price. Didn't want to work with me AT ALL!! Barely got an apology out of the guy! Would NOT recommend!! I wish I could give them negative five stars...."

"A couple weeks ago when we brought in our son's car for a routine oil change and tire rotation we were informed about an issue with the vehicle that we owned less than a year. Mr. Hotak , Director of the Service department worked with us to rectify the issue in a timely manner. We appreciate the Chevy's team with their willingness to assist us with our concerns. We appreciate how they went above and beyond , great customer service."

"This was the saddest experience that we have had in the 10+ years that we have been going to Chevrolet of Milford. (We have purchased three cars from them.) I brought my car in to find out what was wrong with the steering wheel. When I returned to pickup my car not only did they tell me what was wrong with my steering wheeling but they diagnosed it incorrectly. Not to mention that the diagnose charge was over $200.00 and for all the work to be done on the car was over $6,000.00. I took the car to another dealer. Oh! and when I called on Monday since the diagnose was done on a Friday to see if the part that I thought I needed was under warranty, they never called me back and today is Tuesday. I am still waiting. Shame on this dealership. Only out for your money."

"Just recently purchased my 2020 Chevrolet Blazer. Upon picking her up I noticed quite a bit of road noise brought it back to the dealer on two occasions for service. Long story short ,new transfer case, 4 new tires, and a new drive shaft. Thank you Chevy of Milford for having a great service dept and addressing the issues I had on my new purchase now I can drive this beauty with peace of mind"
