"The level of Customer Service is deplorable to say the least. I am an ExecutiveTravel Consultant who has to book with this vendor regularly and each time the representative is rude and short. I call a lot of vendors and I have never been spoken to or treated the way I have by this company. Asking for pertinent information is frowned upon. And this is an ongoing problem. When you call you get the same person, but when you ask the name for documentation purposes it changes daily. Just sad."
