"I have used this place a couple of times yet the experience keeps getting worse. Don’t be mistaken by the location being on “Pleasant” st. The employees are anything but pleasant. I placed an order a day ahead of time hoping the delivery would be in the early afternoon. I had not received an update on the order so I called. The employee that answered the phone was disrespectful from answering the phone to telling me the order will go out when the driver gets back. This was at noon time and here it is 5pm and still no delivery. Last time I went to this location it reeked of weed and the delivery driver was just sitting in the truck ripping butts while playing on his phone. Shut this place down. Corporate should be embarrassed this location exists."
"I have been a loyal customer of Edible Arrangements for over a decade and have always been satisfied with their services. However, my recent experience with this particular location was disappointing and significantly different from my previous encounters. I had placed an order on a Tuesday and expected to receive confirmation of delivery. To my surprise, I received an email stating that the recipient was not at home during the attempted delivery. When I called the store to inquire about the situation, I was met with a highly unprofessional and confrontational attitude from one of the employees. The employee claimed that they had photographic evidence that no one was home at the time of the delivery attempt. However, the recipient confirmed that there were no delivery notes left on the door, and no one in the house heard a doorbell or a knock. Seeking resolution, I requested to speak with the manager, but was informed that the manager had already left for the day, and I should call back the next morning at 9 am. I suggested having the manager call me instead, but the employee refused and hung up on me, leaving the issue unresolved. The next morning, the manager did call at 9 am, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was defensive and uncooperative. Despite my complaints about the employee's behavior, the manager dismissed them and refused to cancel the order or provide a refund, claiming to have photographic evidence supporting their position. He raised his voice during the conversation, making it unpleasant and unproductive. Feeling frustrated and helpless, I decided to escalate the matter to Edible Arrangements corporate. I spoke to a representative who was understanding and apologetic. They promised to contact the store and investigate the situation further. Within a short period, the representative informed me that the store's behavior was unacceptable, and a refund would be issued. I appreciated the corporate representative's assistance and thought the issue had been resolved. However, my relief was short-lived, as I received a distressing call from the recipient, an 80-year-old individual, who shared a distressing encounter with an Edible Arrangements employee. The employee had called and berated the recipient for not being at home to receive the delivery, despite the recipient having no knowledge of the order or any prior contact from the store. The employee's conduct was entirely uncalled for and deeply upsetting. I immediately contacted corporate again and relayed this new incident to the same representative. I expressed my disappointment in how the situation was handled by the store and stressed that such behavior towards customers, especially elderly ones, is utterly unacceptable. I requested that the store's owner personally reach out to me to address this situation and the overall handling of the matter. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise others to avoid this particular Edible Arrangements location. The unprofessional conduct of the employees and the lack of customer care demonstrated during this ordeal have left a lasting negative impression, and no customer or recipient should have to endure such treatment."
"Worst place in the world this location In Worcester Rob me twice take my money and never make delivery.when I call to ask about it the two ladies working swearing at for no reason foul language and even told me I’m not getting refunds because they kept it.I told them I’m contacting the police department and then they invited me to fight. I have never in my life had to deal with such disrespect Edible Arrangements is the worst company in the planet. Please don’t spend your hard working money on people that have no respect or even know how to run a business."
"I’ve ordered twice from here and the first time I went to pick up, I waited for my order for half an hour!l in the shop! It was supposed to be done and ready for pick up, and the two girls working were very rude with barely any communication. Get home to look and see that my fruit platter has mold all over the fruit!! I was going to serve this to my family including my young children.. absolutely disgusting! I called numerous times and finally when a worker answered the phone she was extremely rude and hung up. So after a couple days I just let it go. I decided to give them another shot 2 months later for an event. I picked up over a $130 order and when I got home noticed the fruit platters was all mold, again!!!! This is absolutely inexcusable (and I obviously couldn’t bring them to my event I had ordered them for). I called them, no answer. Called following day and spoke to a supervisor about my order, she said they would send a replacement out to me that same day and they had just a fresh fruit delivery. Well the girl arrived at my house a few hours later with the replacement- AGAIN the fruit was covered in MOLD!!!!! I don’t understand what the hell is going on at this place. They have officially lost me as a customer. Take my word for it, go elsewhere. Not only 3 times the fruit had mold, but their is no customer service at this place. The employees are just beyond rude and disrespectful."
"It all started Tuesday morning when our amazing agent emailed me to tell me she had sent the office an edible arrangement for Easter, she then told me they told her we refused the delivery on MONDAY. I called edible arrangements, this LOUD rude women gets on the phone and asks me when I left the office, I said 4pm. She said the driver got here at 5pm, I said yea we close at 4 - she says "I just said he got there at 5!" I repied "yea I understand im telling you we close at 4." She then told me "well we dont take times for deliveries." The driver basically gets here when he gets here, BUT He went out early so he should get here by 4??? Well guess what about 10 mins ago on Thursday we finally get the delivery. I could tell when he walked in with the fruit, it was the same fruit thats been sitting in his van for 4 days that they attempted to deliver MONDAY! It smells like rotten fruit. The chocolate is all melted. This is the worst place and I will NEVER EVER reccomend them to anyone, I told my agent to get her money back. So buyer beware! Unless you like Moldy, warm, soggy, rotten fruit"
