"Poor customer service, could have been better . I never thought I would be treated like this , The stylist seemed more interested in their conversation than my hair. The haircut I received was uneven, and I left the salon feeling like a botched DIY job, he literally made me look like lord farquaad, how am I supposed to go outside look like a little boy, butter pants from shriek looked better than me( do it look like I’m trying to make someone say do the roar). I swear they got the tea water from the bathroom , then it had a bug in it . The ambiance was lackluster, and they promoted styles they haven’t learned how to do yet. Save your money and hair – steer clear of this salon!"

"If I can give 0 stars I would.. OMG please do not go here .... I asked for my ends cut and I left with my hair above my shoulders AND Bangs that I did not ask for... Then had 4 different people working on my hair. If you are looking into going to school there DO NOT. All they did was run around and joke around while customers were there. I had 6 people working on my balayage that should have been ash.. I left with Garfield colored hair. I was there from 9:45am to 3:15pm to leave with nothing that I asked for. I had two instructors working on my hair.... If you can not do hair how are you teaching? I don't ever want to see this place ever again I am horrified and wish I didn't even pay them"

"I was so excited to get my hair trimmed and colored blonde highlights. I was dumbfounded with such a terrible service. The cleanliness of this place was horrid, I saw a roach getting a silk press in the back. This ain’t New York. They barely swept the hair up, I think they gone make a wig out of it. My hair was cut 5 inches by this scissor happy bald man, I think he needed the hair more than me. They had me switched stations like I was in a car wash. I was switched off to a stylist with a voice so course she look like she was going to croak any minute. I am deeply distraught by heinous crime of a haircut. Honestly, Supercuts could have done better. To see them bantering at my hair meanwhile they need to focus following OSHA protocol."

"I was waiting over 15 min before they told me they were closed for the day. This place doesn’t teach good salon customer service. You can’t be a good stylist without good customer service. If I could do a negative star I would."

"A really great business that I have been going to for haircuts for over 7 years. Although there's no charge for veterans who get their haircut here, I've always received such great service I always tip the stylist!"
