"I was having a serious issue with the hot water coming out of a 5 month old water heater. The company that installed it was stumped and suggested I get the water tested. I brought a cold and hot water same to Envirotech. Maryellen DiLuzio took one look at the hot water sample and said I probably had an issue with a magnesium anode rod in the tank. Testing the water proved her right and convinced the plumbing company to install a new water heater at no charge, with a high tech electronic anode device. Mystery solved and problem is gone. I can't thank Maryellen enough. Getting the water tested (Fast! Got the result in 3 days), and getting access Maryellen's expert knowledge was money well spent. I'll probably get the water tested again in a couple of months just to make sure the new tank is running clean."

"This lab and the people who work there are the best! I collected and delivered a water sample for my well, which had not been test in awhile. I had questions about how to go about collecting the water sample and they were very nice and helpful. The turn around time on my water results was very quick. I had results emailed to me 24 hours after dropping off my sample. When I called with a few questions they explained the results so I understood them. Would highly recommend this laboratory!"
