"These people do not want to work, I called them to tow a 1997 Chevrolet K3500 dually and initially gave me a price of $125/hr to tow the truck which was great because they were in-between the truck and the location where it was to be moved. They told me to call back during the week when I was ready to have it towed which I did. The lady on the phone was the same as when I first called and told me instead of $500 it would be $1400. I'd completely understand if she made a mistake and apologized and admitted that she made an error but she insisted that she never said anything about $125/hr and that it would be a $1400 tow. I ended up calling Sterry Street Towing and they are about 20 miles farther out and gave me a quote of $550 and they are towing the truck for me and have been awesome to deal with."
"Awful experience. Took car to their lot when we specifically asked for it to be towed to our house. Later that day, we waited for almost two hours for someone to come out to the office and was met with rudeness. WAY overcharged for tow, only took cash. Seems like a scam."
