"Bought a 2007 Highlander from here last Janruary, SINCE THEN I’ve put 8k$ into it for needed repairs. I spent 8k on the car as a loan on top. A week after I got it home I had to get all the breaks re done because the mechanic at Ellington Shito didn’t put any of the pins and hardware in the brakes so they were grinding down to nothing. SAVE YOURSELF, go to FB marketplace or Lynch Toyota. Lynch Toyota ask for Jon and you’ll have a RELIABLE, USED Toyota for a better driving experience. On top of that my transmission is slipping down shifting wich is part of my warranty with these greasy people But I would never have them do any work on anything. The owner of this place buys cars cheap at auction, does the bare minimum to get them “ok” for a test drive then sells for triple the price he bought it for. IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. My mom got a car there right around when I did and hers is ready to blow up, 2009 sub forester. I’m not mad Zane, just disappointed. I hope this review will make you think a little more about your customers, happy holidays, your forgiven. But, no one buy a car here lol"

They were so patient with me, greeting me with a smile everytime I asked for yet another test drive. The purchase and financing were smooth and timely.
