"Do not order from this place. My daughter sent me Mother's Day flowers and they were left on the road and didn't find them for 2 days. When I called to let them know, they blew me off and didn't offer any resolution. At least could have apologized and sent new flowers like any reasonable business would do. Stay away, they don't deserve your business."

"Ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. Called the day of delivery and they said it would be delivered by 230. No flowers were delivered by 4 so we attempted to call, no answer after multiple attempts. The next day we called and they picked up, said that they would look into it and call back; we never received a call back. We called again and they briefly picked up then promptly hung up on us; we called back immediately and no answer. Order from enchanted flowers"

"I ordered flowers for my daughter’s 20th birthday to be delivered on Saturday the day came and went with no flower delivery. I emailed and tried calling to ask the status. Finally, got someone on Sunday who said they’d check and call me back. No call back. Flowers finally arrived 1 day late and wilted. What a disappointment!"

"Rudest people on the face if the earth. I Ordered three arrangements for Mother’s Day. I thought ordering weeks before would ensure a smooth delivery. Boy was I wrong . I checked my email daily for confirmation of the orders I placed, I got nothing. Finally I called the store this morning, which is the set delivery date. I was told that the orders were all with the driver and were on the way. The driver showed up with two of the arrangements and said the other was with another driver. (One of the arrangements looked as thought it had died yesterday). I then attempted to place another call the the florist. Suddenly on the day before Mother’s Day, one of the busiest business days of the year, they stopped answering the phone ( they could see my name and number on caller ID). Miraculously when I called from another # they answered. The woman who answered was extremely nasty as she claimed she didn’t know anything and could not help with anything. After a not so friendly back and forth, she hung up on me as I was asking for clarification as to what happened to my third order. I was a repeat customer, but no more. I will never spend my money in this sham of a business again. There are many online florist to choose from, so do yourself a favor, run do not walk, fast and far away from this one. This deserves no stars, but you can’t post unless you give at least one."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a bouquet for my wedding anniversary. From inquiry, the staff were not accommodating and very unprofessional as if you are annoying them simply by being their customer! When I finally placed the order online, I did not receive a confirmation or status whether it was delivered or not! When I called the following day, they said it was delivered which was blatantly a lie! The staff, Mildred was rude and unprofessional over the phone and used profanity saying that it should have been the building's policy to call that there was a delivery when clearly I put instructions and contact information to call! When I contacted building front desk on the day of delivery, they said that there was even no delivery made on that day! Very deceptive and unscrupulous business! Do not order from here and avoid the frustration and headache!"
