"I have been coming here for 20 years & over the years have seen a decline in customer service. My Dr, Dr Waynik is wonderful & understanding, thats why I have lasted this long. But dealing with them over the phone is like hit or miss & lately its been miss. They don't care if you are running out of medication that you rely on. Sometimes it takes days to get refills. They are also very rude & will leave you on hold & never come back. I am in the process of looking for a new therapist at this point."

"If I could give these people no star; that is what they rate. I give them a zero for no customer service and no respect of a client’s time. They wasted my time, I booked an appointment a month ahead for an important matter I needed help with. They call and canceled my appointment 5 days ahead. When I reached out to Lorie to plead my case as my deadline to submit medical records to my employer was approaching; she basically told me to kick rocks. There was no sense of empathy or compassion, not even an understanding of how they wasted my time and how it made my mental health challenges worse. Don’t go there for the sake of your peace and mental health. They give no care about you, they will gladly take your money though for no service. I don’t know how they are still in business given their lack of customer service and urgency."

"Jordan Marcou PA is the best. I always feel very heard! However it is the opposite for the front desk when trying to call to schedule or request a refill…as soon as they pick up the phone- the script is, “Hi can I put you on hold” and then you are on hold for up to 10 min! Sometimes I even get hung up on. Deters me from the whole process."

"The most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. Communication is non existent, meds are not called in for refills and trying to get hold of anyone is an uphill battle. Poormina Bond is extremely rude and should not be dealing with the public let alone those with mental health issues. There is no compassion and absolutely no follow through in trying to resolve medication issues or refills. And once you have her on the phone, she doesn't have the information in front of her to be able to discuss accurately what is going on. She is never prepared. Then you get hung up on. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Never experienced this ever, anywhere."
