"I would give 0 stars if that was an option! Stay away from this business if you’re looking for a good, reliable used vehicle this is NOT the place to go! We thought we were dealing with GOOD people but NOW I THINK OTHERWISE! Thought it was decent car but had some problems we noticed and other issues after test drive and brought it to their attention. They said they would take care of it! After finalizing a SO-CALLED INSPECTION, registration and repairs! Well we went to pick it up we thought everything was good. While we were headed back home my son said the car didn’t feel right while driving and we decided to pull off the turnpike into a parking lot and check everything , not only did we notice the BRAKE LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING but the back rear tire was crooked! Then my son went to put gas in the car and the WHOLE FUEL DOOR FELL OUT and was hanging off the hinge! (Which we hadn’t noticed when we first looked at the car) So now being so damn aggravated ONCE AGAIN TELLING THEM THERE ARE OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR! The mechanic and the MANAGER took a look and said they would take care of it, but seemed irritated and had a rude attitude towards us! Found out the control arm was BAD and needed to be replaced! We left the car there for a ridiculous amount of time and are not satisfied with their service at all! The customer service is HORRIBLE! Oh sure they try to be pleasant when you sign papers because they want your money but when it comes down to making promises to fix what we pointed out to them and what they knew was wrong with the car is a different story! They say they really shouldn’t have to do all this work to the car but how about they should have inspected the car right, before taking it on and then trying to pass a LEMON onto my son! They are rude! Don’t answer calls or get back to you! My son and I were left on hold for more than 15 mins a few times and they never picked up! They just hung up! We left voicemails with no return calls all while the CAR WAS THERE FOR A MONTH and we were looking for updates or answers to our questions! There was always some excuse and then telling us the car would be ready by a certain day quite a few times and was not! Now after all this time the car still is not done! The car was there from 11/25/2023 for them to fix what was wrong, so after being tired and totally disgusted by their excuses, broken promises, and unprofessional service, we decided to pick up the car on 12/29/2023! My son was just so aggravated with the situation and just wanted to leave with the car since they weren’t getting anything done anyway! So after getting the car back home I made arrangements with a garage I faithfully go to, for repairs for my car, we were told the CONTROL ARM AND HARDWARE ARE NOT GOOD! Oh and THE FUEL DOOR WAS NEVER FIXED! NOW MY SON IS STUCK WITH PAYING for all of this out of his own pocket, PROBLEMS THAT WERE PROMISED TO BE FIXED BY THE DEALERSHIP! Now my son, has a financial obligation to a JUNK!!!! I know my son should have been the one to write this review and needs to stand up for himself more but I’m HIS MOTHER, I WILL HAVE HIS BACK! THANKS A LOT BERLIN AUTO SALES! I WISH WE NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH YOU!"
