"The worst place ever ! DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH RACIST PEOPLE. They will disrespect you and talk down to you. JOHN PAUL THE MANAGER CALLED MY HUSBAND A ANIMAL AND A CHILD ! He was very racist ! They messed with my odometer and my vehicle causing the check engine light to be on. John Paul and car star is the worst by far! They will fix something to mess something else up to have you come back. Trust me u will never deal with them again. Just know ct is very small and we will be seeing each other out side of your work so that racism will not get you very far. You can’t sit there and disrespect and yell at a man for addressing his concerns. Your lack of service and mouth is going to cost you one day and your job . Don’t waste your time taking your vehicle here unless you would like an even more damaged car and a hefty bill . I believe they are committing some type of fraud with insurance because there is no way they charged them an arm and a leg for just a small screw sticking out! You guys keep harassing me about a review here it is ! Car star Don’t waste your time to responding to this review just so you can look good and act like you care. You clearly don’t care I have videos of house disrespectful your employee was to me and my husband. Just like when John put two and two together he tried to record me . At least on my video shows how rude he was and how else admitted he doesn’t care about how we feel and how terrible his customer service was. Everyone who knows me knows I don’t play when it comes to my family or property."
