"Hope Taylor was a great therapist. However, i had multiple issues within the time frame i was there. Online sessions took me over 15 min to start because their system were not working properly. Her receptionist Allegra was a complete disaster messed up my appointments multiple times as well. I see others have the same complaints about the receptionist and i brought this up to Ms. Taylor’s attention. I am sure there will be something with an excuse from staff with my comment but believe me when i say the scheduling is a huge problem here. I am very understanding of the times we are in with COVID but this is unacceptable for people in need of these services."
