"My experience taking the CNA program here was excellent. The instructors, Tatchi and Luciano, were encouraging and patient with all their students. Going into the course, I had not a lot of experience as a CNA, so I was not sure what to expect, but the instructors made learning fun and gave me valuable tools and tips to use in the face of the variety of challenges seen when working in the field. As a shy person, I like to keep to myself. Still, the encouraged collaboration and, even as small as Tatchi, asking the students where we were going together for lunch helped me gain the confidence to ask for help and created a bond between my class that I am very grateful for. I was also very proud that I passed my written and practical tests on the first try. I am glad to be returning to take phlebotomy, and I highly recommend anyone interested in getting a jump start on a healthcare career to join the CHCI family."
"At least with the one instructor I know, she was great."
