"My car was ready a day later than expected and when I got there, my gas cap was open for an unknown reason and it had a big new scratch on the side that I caught before leaving that they had to fix. I was advised that my brakes were “rotting” and that I had to get new ones. Thankfully I did not get them there because I got a second opinion since I haven’t experienced any problems, and my brakes were perfectly fine. I was told they also ordered me a paint pen free of charge, but have yet to hear back about it being ready for pick up. I plan to never come back to this dealer."
