"I went to this shop to get my alignment for my truck. The place and people are really nice, customer service is good. But after I got the truck back the steering wheel was 45 degrees turned to the right. Went right back and waited again for another alignment. Got the truck back and not even a few seconds driving and the steering wheel is 25 degrees to the left. I didn’t even bother going back after two errors of trying to fix a steering wheel because of the lack of carelessness."

"I went to Xtreme Rides to mount tires on my BRAND NEW wheels I bought. During that process they scratched both rear wheels. The owner offered to powder coat them and he reassured me that he will perfectly match the color. Unfortunately he couldn't do it. Color was off from the beginning and he said it's the best he could do. After few months it got even worse. There is no shine on rear wheels at all and they are much darker (like covered with brake dust). You can see it on photos below (front wheel vs rear wheel). I always washed them myself with Simple Green, small brush and warm water (never used any acid based cleaners). When I went there to show him he admitted that it looks bad. He also said that he can do nothing about it and that they will not take responsibility for any damages that happened inside the shop. So pretty much you letting them work on your car on your own risk. I will never go there again. Quality of their work is very poor. The only XTREME thing about them is that they are XTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL. Everybody should stay away from Xtreme Rides!!!"
