"I already wrote a 5 star review about how amazing Serena is, but I wanted to go back and edit this review…Serena is truly a therapist that feels more like family or a friend. She is always so validating with any of the emotions or trauma you may share with her. As someone who felt hopeless and anxious about therapy and my mental health, I can honestly say Serena is the ONLY person who makes me feel heard while also giving amazing coping methods through CBT methods. She also is very non-judgmental and shares her own experiences from time to time to help you relate and form a closer and more trustworthy bond with her. I would 110% recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is comforting, caring, helpful and also honest. Ive made. So much progress with Serena, and although I have a long way to go still, im very grateful Serena is the one to help guide me. (I literally love Serena so much, that even after therapy I hope to stay in touch about how im doing! …she is truly helping me change my life for the better!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER ♡"
