"Came to Carbones' Automotive last night with a small but pressing issue under the hood. Before coming to John I had several unsuccessful conversations with local VW dealers who kept trying to up-charge me or suggest services & parts to me that I knew I didn't need. I had a clear understanding of the problem and that was not shared by the VW technicians I spoke with. Though I did buy the parts I needed from a VW dealership I did not use their facilities for any services because of how my communications with their service departments went. I called John's shop later in the evening and he told me to come right in. He handled the problem quickly & professionally. I was very appreciative of his expertise. I will not hesitate to call him in the future for any additional work."
