"Robin is really a special therapist…caring,, resourceful, patient, and even fun sometimes! He always has a smorgasbord of resources at the tip of his brilliant mind to help. Incredible!"
"I was seeing Mr. Johnson for quite a few months due to a very bad family situation. I was making great progress with how I was dealing with what is going on and with life. For the most part I was seeing Mr. Johnson weekly, and on occasion biweekly. After about six or seven months he started scheduling me every two weeks without even asking me if I was ready for that. Then I got pushed out to three weeks. I couldn’t make my three week appointment because I went through a job training that started on that day. I wasn’t sure when I could reschedule so I had to wait a bit. When I tried to reschedule to make a long story short he really wasn’t interested in seeing me. Telling me I didn’t want to change etc. Me changing at the age of 60+ had little to do with why I was there. I was seeing him to help me deal with the anxiety caused by crisis in my family. And just when I was in a good spot… I got dropped . Suddenly told that I need a psychologist who might be able to better help me. No… I needed a family counselor!!!!!!!! And he IS listed as someone who deals with such a situation.. Wow… That’s all I can say. Who drops somebody halfway through counseling? I don’t need more drugs and I don’t need a psychologist or a psychiatrist. I needed counseling! Ted G….You should not comment on circumstances you don’t understand. You have The right to your opinion and me to mine. The reasons for my opinion are valid and should not be disregarded. Whoever reads this… Please do not look at my review with skepticism. We were both there for two different reasons… I would not tell anyone to look at his review with skepticism and he shouldn’t be telling people to look at mine that way. Way out of line in my humble opinion."
"Robin helped my marriage get through the hardships and lowest points of the pandemic. He is compassionate, thoughtful, wise, has lived a rich life full of invaluable experience, and again, my marriage is better than it has ever been because he helped us work out our issues and make important life decisions that drastically changed our situation for the better. I am grateful to him. You should definitely see him and read this previous bad review with skepticism (it's a wise therapist who tells a client that they are not best suited to help them anymore. Would this person have preferred a therapist that just keeps taking their money even though they don't believe they can help them?)"
