"Came here super stressed because my truck 5.3L Silverado doesn’t like it when it is over slightly for an oil change. My check engine light came on and had little lower oil pressure. I’m a single father and first responder and money is tight. These guys found a coupon for me and were so calming I can’t say enough. The gentleman at the computer was remarkable. "The associates were all very nice and did take care of me but I had bought a Groupon for 50 something dollars and when the guy rang me out for the air filter he only took $27 off for the Groupon. And I'm like, wait a minute, I pay $50 to only get $27 off. I might as well not use the group in the first place. Needless to say, they are sending me a check for the difference. Also, I was told they couldn't do a tire rotation because the manager's pinky was broken, then a different gentlemen told me it was because they rotate the Sundays they do the rotations on. Disclaimer - this was the first time I went to this location. Maybe it was a bad day."
