"Can't speak for the instruction itself in West Haven, the phone number listed goes to another office, where your name and number is taken and passed along to the West Haven location, where it apparently sits on someone's desk collecting dust, as they NEVER respond, despite repeated attempts. Would have been our first choice due to location, but if an office can't handle returning a potential customer call, I have zero faith that they can handle much else."
