"If there were half stars I'd give 3 1/2. The theme I've noticed on most reviews are the fact that one has to return with issues. And this is the case for me. I had to go back 4 times in 2 weeks; Twice for the same thing as I was told it was done and it hadn't been. I now have 3 more issues and because of the fact that it's an entire inconvenience for me to return, I will be taking it to my reliable and dependable mechanic who I am sure will solve the issue the first time. On a lighter note, Bob and son's are very nice people. That said still not sure I'd go back a second time"

"I have had mixed emotions with this place since day one. The car i got is a total mechanics DREAM...since something has to be changed, fixed, redone, figured out/not figured out, etc almost weekly!! Since i got it last year. The ONLY positive thing about the car was the mileage was low for a maxima...whoopy freakin do. Low mileage doesnt mean squat if whomever had it beat the hell out of it. Which, it has been obvious sincr day one they ABSOLUTELY DID. Aside from that, bob is awesome. He has helped me out tremendously, dealing with this car along with me this last yr. I mean, i did pay 3x what the car was worth, so theres that!!! Anyhow, he has towed my car to the shop more tha. 6 times in the last 6 months. Hes out parts in for me when i wouldnt have been able to affford it myself. Dont get me wrong i paud another 1600 to have work done... but he has definitely helped me a lot. I know i will NOT be just jumping into a mess like this again though. This car has been headache and heartache since i turned the key on day one. God willing bob can help me find a decent car this next round!!!"
