"People please don't do business with these folks,they are very rude and disrespectful.I went to purchase a vehicle and because of the way they talk to me I took my deposit back.About 5 of them gathered around me when I was looking on the vehicle,the one who claimed to be a mechanic was a sales hype man and the others didn't want me looking under the truck or question the strange sound it was making.Im a mechanic and new they had something hiding and just wanted to sell the over priced vehicle which has cover up rust under quarter panels and rear wheel well fenders.Just to add what one of the rude men said to me ,he said this very rudely (if you don't want to buy this ,you can leave, someone else will buy it) All I was doing was looking under the hood on the engine at this point and talking to the salesman and this other dude came from no where saying things and I was very disrespected and turned off because of his attitude so I decided not to do business with Elite Automotive who states that the horrible reviews are not under their name because they bought Elite Automotive and will be changing the name but if so be the case they are very disrespected,rude and has no salesman training at all.I took my business to Genuine Automotive in E.H ,CT where you're valued as a customer with respect."

"Do not do business with these people!!! After purchasing a 2011 Volvo cx90 32 days later my serpentine belt seized. After bringing it in I was told that I would have to pay for the parts not the labor. Upon picking the vehicle up I got hit with a $427 bill which is more than the belt and the accessory kit that goes with it. Needless to say I refused to pay for anything and presented them with the Connecticut State lemon law which gives me 60 days from the purchase date vehicle needs to be in sound operating condition with all parts and labor provided by the dealership. After talking to Yazir the person in charge of the repair shop there he got very angry told me to leave and that he hopes that my vehicle breaks down. The workers there are good people the people running the shop are scumbags be aware."

"When most people are children, they have the capacity to lie, steal, and do wrong, but eventually they grow up, and learn common sense manners and ways to treat other people. Unfortunately Ahmet never learned how to do that. He is stuck in his sinful ways, and needs to repent. They bought a clockspring from us, said it was bad, but then returned back a different part. I would highly advise you to stay away from this shop at all costs. Their poor google rating speaks for itself. They do not care about you. They only care about money, no matter what the cost, or at whose expense. Remember that for every action, there is a reaction. Later in life when someone scams you, you will not have any room to be angry at them, because you will remember the words I spoke to you, and realize the truth."
