"In the past, I worked closely with Jen Brady as part of an outpatient hospital-based behavioral health treatment team, collaborating on patient care and best practices. As a colleague, I experienced complete confidence in Jen's professionalism, clinical knowledge, and competent and compassionate work with patients. I also witnessed Jen's thoughtful, considerate, and kind nature, as well as her generous willingness to provide feedback when asked, or offer helpful insight on clinical issues. Jen brings compassion and understanding to her work with her clients. In addition to these most critical elements to being a wonderful therapist, Jen is very professional, with complete integrity; she adheres to the highest ethical standards of the profession. She has years of experience in clinical settings and brings great depth and breadth of clinical knowledge to her private practice. She has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise through professional trainings, looking to evidence-based best practices to inform her work with clients. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to recommend Jen Brady! You will be very happy with your choice of therapist or colleague."
"I went to go see Jennifer Brady for the first time 2ish years ago. I went to visit for my trouble with highway driving anxiety. At the time I couldn’t get to work without having a panic attack on my 25-minute commute both ways (That’s 2 panic attacks a day, minimum.) Two(ish) years later I am not seeing Jen any longer because I don’t need to. She didn’t have a magic pill to eradicate anxiety, nor did she “Cure” my anxiety. Instead, from the first visit to the last Jen would talk with me and listen carefully to help me identify and figure out how my mind works and suggest a very wide arrangement of tools I could use to fix the issues I was having. Every session I had with her felt as though I was catching up with a true friend who really cared about my wellbeing, and would offer advise and exercises to try to the next week ahead. I would try to do my “Homework” and comeback and report in on whether it helped or not. My favorite thing is that she would explain physically what’s happening in the brain and what effect that has on the way you think, as well as tools on how to fix it. I never got to ask her how long she has been in practice, but in my experience however long it has been made her a master of her craft. I still have anxiety, and always will. But with Jens help mt anxiety is 200% more manageable now. I cannot encourage anyone who has anxiety issues enough to at least give her a call. I would have given 10/5 stars if I could."
