"This place is a joke. My medication management individual, Angela Triona, is extremely rude and always acts like I'm a nuisance. She has repeatedly sent me messages with an attidue of annoyance, and she has no bedside manner. Don't work with these people. They are disrespectful."
"Telehealth is a blessing. These services are saving lives as some people don’t have access to these types of doctors or live so far away treatment is impossible . That being said, yes the app has many glitches but it seems as tho they are being worked on. My doctor has been amazing. I pray the state doesn’t get rid of these teleheath services as they are saving lives. Pursue care does accept ct state insurance & most insurance vs other apps that don’t. If your not a text savvy person I recommend seeing a doctor in person."
"Absolutely useless as I said to my care coordinator about my doctors who literally doesn’t know how to do his job “ hi I just wanted to let you know that yet again I am having problems with Jon. we were supposed to meet today at 6:30, and he was a no show. I got a message from him yesterday saying he is seeing me on the 28th for which I corrected him and told him our apt was today and I still have yet to hear from him. I have had nothing but issues with Jon since June and I desperately need an apt as I am having trouble with my sleep. can I see someone else as these frequent issues get annoying and redundant really fast”"
"My husband enrolled back in June. He been trying to meet with the counselor and therapist. They scheduled meetings and then no show. He ha a meeting with therapist today and there was a glitch in the system. Once it was back up, the therapist said 45 minutes wasn't enough and reschedule for Friday. The Pursue Care is adding more stress to him mentally. So far we are not impressed and concern if this is the right virtual support."
"I was very disappointed with this service. I used it for fairly basic psychiatric help, but I had multiple situations in which I could not get a refill on medication and could not reach anyone via text, email, phone call, or the app, which left me unmedicated to 24-48 hours. I also had appointments scheduled without me ever being told about them, as well as appointments that I did confirm that were initiated on the wrong date. I found the whole experience very unprofessional and unreliable."
