"I had called a couple of times in advance to schedule an appointment. The day of my appointment which was at 9:30am on January 12th, 2024 nobody was there. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I knocked on the door. I called and the phone went straight to voicemail. It was an inconvenience for me since I did make my appointment two days in advance like the person over the phone told me."
"I was looking to get my 2007 Ford Fusion Sel done today August 7,2023 with tints. I called and talked to the owner Moe and he told me to come in without making a appointment. He and his staff did a fantastic job putting the tints on. I will be definitely coming back and referring people to them. If I could I would give them 20 Stars."
"I came to hot wheelz to get a detail and tints. Got there before noon and left by 5pm.. 5 hours to do a terrible job. My seats are still dirty.. carpet still dirty, & they had the nerve to try and overcharge me after I was already told one price.. my tints have air bubbles as well"
