"So I have been looking for a therapist for some time, reached out to a specific one on a therapy website, one that I felt would best be able to help with my issues. I had no problem waiting when she explained there was a waitlist. I filled out the form, and was waiting for the intake coordinator to reach out to take my insurance information. I received a missed call from her instead saying that she was essentially giving my referral to another therapist from this practice. I understand if schedules get busy or if something is more inconvenient a different way, but I don't want to be pushed off to someone who I did not approach in the first place. I'd had an appointment practically set already. And I haven't been able to reach them through their phone line to discuss what's going on. Unfortunately, I don't think I can pursue services here."

She is flexible with our scheduling, non-judgmental, and has given us great word pictures to help us understand the concepts we are learning. I highly recommend her and this agency!"

"I would give zero stars if I had the chance had an appointment with Rondey Allen and the man never showed up. He didn’t even bother to call to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Completely unprofessional. Might I add that we called his office number and the cross point office number where no one answered. Would not recommend this practice!"
