"I was very disappointed with the service at Canton Clay Works. I have lived near it my entire life and have always wanted to try pottery. Granted when I started I was not the best which is normal but I found myself to be miserable at the lessons. Not to the fault of the classes or instruction although long demos were tiring for me to follow, however when I asked for a refund or partial refund after two classes (out of seven) I was denied very coldly and continued taking lessons until I simply decided to stop going. The owner said he would not lose money on my account but I wish he had a more understanding response. I am a student and these classes costed $380, not only was there no student discount but when I communicated how much I was not enjoying the classes there was no room for compromise. Very disappointing and if you are new to pottery I recommend going somewhere with less of a zero tolerance policy."

Tim, and the whole team, will help guide you through the whole process -- and the results are fantastic! I drive two hours each way to get there, and it's absolutely worth it.
