Reviews of Supportive Solutions Behavioral Health & Wellness, LLC
"I had a good experience with Celeste. She was really easy to talk to and the process was expedient yet thorough."
"They have violated and continue to violate payment plans that were agreed upon between myself and the office. Your money is what they care about. I received an admission from the head of the practice that she was responsible for accidentally charging me hundreds of dollars at one time and simply forgot to correct it. They recently cut me loose without any prior communication and initially tried to do so without providing me medication for the interim. Try elsewhere"
"Celeste Weber was absolutely terrible to my husband. He's been suffering with severe anxiety and has been having panic attacks and she was incredibly deeming and insensitive on her calls. My husband was having a panic attack while on the phone with her and she looked at him with disgust and disregarded the situation and asked him if he was done so that they could move on with the appointment. She saw him three times and of all those times made him feel like his situation was hopeless when he's paying out of pocket for help because he's suffering everyday. I would've never thought that a mental health professional would be so APATHETIC and INSENSITIVE, I'm sure there are great people that work here and it sounds like Celeste was nice to others but not to my husband at all."
"This place is great, until it isn't. I started off probably a couple years ago now with counselor Nicole Bernard. She was pleasant, understanding and seemed to care. Mind you, this was a massive step for me as I had lost trust in therapy, therapists and had a bad taste in my mouth from previous counseling in the past as a child. So this was a big leap putting my trust in someone again. I wish I hadn't. A handful of times I've asked for meetings and I would be ghosted for days before she would get back to me. I would try to be understanding while everyone else told me that's not ok, find another therapist and I wish I had- because October my father passed away and I really needed to talk to someone, so I asked for an appointment and once again I was ghosted for 5 days and got a response of basically "sorry, forgot to check". I then tell her my schedule is wide open and it takes her another 3 days to respond with asking a time. That was the last straw for me. I decided I no longer wanted to see Nicole. I stayed on as a patient of the practice with Celeste. Another mistake. Sure, she was chill and nice, but she did absolutely nothing to try and fight for medication. There's a national shortage going on for certain medication right now, and I understand that, but all she's done is say "it's out of my hands" or "it would be the same for all the other meds". Excuse me? Because you didn't even TRY. All you want to do is write a script for a medication you already know that I can't afford at $350 for a 30 day supply, cash in your paycheck with your 15 minute meetings and go home. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place if you actually want a therapist who won't ghost you during a traumatic time in your life, or want someone who is willing to get in the trenches with you and fight for your health. STAY. AWAY."
"Celeste is my medicating nurse and she is so much more than that. She offers empathy and compassionate, supportive guidance. My appointments with her are professional while being informal and calming at the same time. She makes me feel more like a friend than a client, always remembering the things that matter to me and caring about what’s important in my life. When my mom got sick, Celeste made herself available to help me cope and I don’t know if I would have been as strong as I was without her help. I recommend Supportive Solutions to everyone k know that needs someone to talk to (and we all do)."
