Massage and Movement Therapy

Massage and Movement Therapy is a welcoming institution located at 23 East Main Street in Canaan, Connecticut. Specializing in deep tissue, pregnancy massage, cupping, and myofascial release therapy, we believe that massage is for every body. Our services are available by appointment from Sunday to Friday, so you can always find a time that works for you. Whether you're looking to relax, relieve tension, or improve your overall well-being, we're here to help you feel great again.

To schedule an appointment, you can easily book online or give us a call at 860-318-1047. When you arrive, you'll find us just past Stop and Shop, with parking available in both the front and back of the house. Please be mindful of other cars when parking in the front. Our office is up a flight of stairs, so please keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns.

Payment is accepted in a variety of forms, including credit card, debit card, check, cash, or Venmo. Please note that trains regularly pass through Canaan, so if you're sensitive to noise during your massage, you may want to keep that in mind. And on Wednesdays and Thursdays, you may even be greeted by our friendly dog who accompanies us to work.
