"Wish I could leave 0 stars. I tried to call and request a refill I was told that I couldn't get one because my provider left and I have to reschedule with a new provider which won't be until end of February. When asked why I wasn't informed that my provider left, the receptionist told me that they probably emailed me that it's my fault I didn't answer. Now I am expected to go a month with no medication for their mistakes! No wonder all their providers are leaving."
"I wholeheartedly recommend the May You Find Peace staff to anyone needing exceptional mental health care. Their commitment to excellence, compassion, and collaborative spirit make them a standout practice in our field. I am grateful to have such a reputable and compassionate team as colleagues in the journey to promote mental well-being."
"The offices and staff at May You Find Peace were both knowledgeable and supportive making the process less stressful for people seeking help. I would highly recommend this diverse group of trained, caring and professional providers."
"Particularly when we are facing a mental health crisis, it is absurd to me that Laura owns this practice. She just told me that I neglected my son; note she has never met me or my son. That statement wouldn't even be appropriate to say to a neglectful parents. We have been bounced around in the practice to different med providers for my son and after the most recent APRN left the practice, we were not even notified. The billing manager told me that I would only get a call back from the practice manager "at her discretion." They are a business that happens to be a healthcare practice, but a business nonetheless. Such poor form. At the same time, they are held to a higher standard with mental health and they have been negligent in their practice. It is completely unacceptable to just reassign over 300 patients to already overworked practitioners who truly want to help their patients. NOTE: We were cash pay for almost 2 years so they have taken hundreds of dollars and my son is no better off than the day of his first appointment. But again, according to the practice own Laura, that was due to my own neglect. As I am more of a professional than she will ever be, I'll leave the review there without sharing all of my thoughts about the clear danger this woman is to anyone with mental health struggles, let alone a child. EDITED TO ADD: Within hours of posting this fact-based review, I received an email with a cease and desist letter threatening legal action. Medical/insurance records support the statements here and there are no grounds for defamation though suggested otherwise in the letter. Note— no attorney name or practice is referenced in the email or attached letter."
"Ths is regards to an ADHD Evaluation for my daughter via telehealth. I called the office to schedule this upon my daughter's therapist's recommendation. May You Find Peace scheduled a call with the APRN who we had been working with, who was very kind and a great support. When the APRN joined the call, they only spoke to my daughter about her current medication. No mention of an ADHD Evaluation. (I found this out after my daughter got off the call.) I spoke to the owner who apologized for the APRN not knowing it was for an ADHD Evaluation and rescheduled us. At that next appointment, we didn't receive a video link to join, even after receiving automated email reminders and my confirming both (checked email and text three times). I spoke to the admin the next day, who was very professional, accommodating, and apologetic, understanding of my frustration, and not knowing what happened with their system/communication. She rescheduled us again, and "confirmed with the provider" a HALF HOUR would be sufficient time to do the ADHD Evaluation. At this appointment, once again the APRN just asked about her medication, at which point my daughter spoke up to say this is supposed to be an ADHD Evaluation. The APRN said they thought it was just another medication check-in, and told her that a full ADHD Evaluation takes 8 HOURS. They did however take the time to ask my daughter some questions and prescribed her an ADHD medication. The APRN emailed me apologizing for the miscommunication and provided me a summary of that call. This experience was full of a lot of miscommunication, unncessary aggravation, and wasted time for all."
