"A family member reached out to Advanced Treatment Solutions and spoke to Jim who accepted my son into his practice . A therapist contacted us and spoke to my son . My son needed MATCH asap but was told he needed to speak to the Dr about those meds. The therapist contacted my son a 2nd time and my son again said he needs to speak to the Dr because he needed help ASAP with getting on the MATCH Program . After numerous phone messages left with no response and emails sent to the Dr. as well as Jim no response was given . Over 3 weeks lapsed and finally got a call from Dr Clark who did not even have my sons medical records straight . She stated he was taking prescriptions meds he was not taking and even brought up that he called and left a message after hours which she did not like . Then after all this Dr Clark stated Shias booked solid until the end on January and couldn’t help anyhow ?. This entire process with Jim and company wasted almost a month and left a terrible experience with someone who was only reaching out for help . This is one place I will make sure will never get recommended for anything"
