Westport Counseling & Therapy is a health institution located at 489 Post Road East in Westport, Connecticut, United States. Our counseling services utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness practices, tailored to fit the individual needs of our clients.

We work with adults and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, multicultural and identity issues, and life transitions. Please note that we do not work with adolescents under the age of fifteen. We accept most major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, United Healthcare, Optum, and Medicaid Husky, and offer discounted rates for sessions with intern or associate level counselors.
