Reviews
"Very happy with our long term therapist thru the therapy center!"
"Two awful experiences have driven me to this 1 star review, which I don't leave lightly. I used to visit here for a while and my therapist was a nice lady who helped me. However, the front desk undercharged me for almost 18 months without realizing it. Months after I stopped going, they randomly back billed me hundreds of dollars out of the blue. Second awful experience; my relative was looking to set up an appointment. She is in serious need. She left her phone number and nobody called her. She also went in person to this location twice to try and set up a consultation for herself only to be told no one can help her (essentially, ever). This seemed crazy to me, so I called them and it was true. They basically said there was no appointments available and we should try calling back weeks from now. No offer to even set up an appointment weeks from now, just 0 customer service or even any care/concern. I don't see how this type of treatment or administrative management can be helpful to anyone, especially those who urgently need it. Much less the low, low standard of customer service. The therapists themselves might be good, but this place is truly awful when it comes to helping people from a business management perspective. Save your energy and try somewhere else, because it's definitely a crapshoot whether anyone will care that you need help when you walk through the door."
"Pretty bare bones, but the person I talk to is great. Dont expect your life to change for the better unless youre doing something to improve it yourself. These people here are decent."
"Was very taken back when I brought my son in today. We were all forced to wear a mask even though we were the only ones in the waiting room. The receptionist kept staring at me and my 5 year old son and when I pulled down my mask to talk on the phone ahe yelled at me to put the mask back on. On the door it says "please wear a mask." Its doesn't say masks are mandatory. Might not come back because of this rude receptionist."
"Could not be happier with The Therapy Center. The administration is helpful and friendly. I was able to speak with a director prior to being set up with a therapist to ensure we would be a match for why I wanted to see someone. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided at The Therapy Center and have recommended them to others."
