"0 stars would give terrible customer service, they send you a floral arrangement in time and with a specific photo and color and they say that if it's okay they can do it, then they don't do it and they say that they don't have the color and they put what they want and if you give him a suggestion politely asking him to change something, he gets angry and doesn't want to sell when a few minutes after handing over to the person, he says to go look somewhere else, it seems unprofessional to me if he has a business and even more so when it is a florist must have good customer service, it is very ignorant of them to do that at the last minute of delivering the floral arrangement, they are paying, they are not asking for free, this person thinks that other people's money is of no use, before When making a purchase or order in this place, I would recommend that you think carefully because it could leave you feeling bad at the last minute."

"Bouquet is very pretty but owner only sells premade bouquets and there is only 2 other loose flowers, i would recommend this as more of a party supplise store"
