"Had appt scheduled for 11:30. An hour later and still had not seen Dr. Assistant came to room to say the Dr would be 5 more min (never the case!) So I got dressed and left. Why bother making an appt??"

"Dr. Aronow seems OK. nice person but she spent more time talking about her frustration with technology than me or reason for my appt. I realized after I left she forgot to do part of my examination. The real frustration is with the office and operational side of business. Was suppose to be given a prescription before I left. It didn’t happen and I thought - ‘oh well I’ll just call them and ask them to call my pharmacy. Not problem - right. Wrong. After several calls I finally got one of the other doctors in the practice that was covering one evening to call in the prescription (luckily I’m not really sick). Now I just need them to respond to my insurance company for a mail order prescription. My insurance company has faxed and called - then reached me to try and call. I have left three messages with all the information they need and asked for a call back confirming it has been handled. They say on their recording (u never get a person) - they return all calls within 24 hours - again Wrong. I still have not gotten a call back - not worth it. Time to change doctors - not that great anyway."
