Dr. Lubna Pal, MD - Yale Fertility Center of New Haven & Westport

"This doctor is an insensitive human being I ever met in my 6 years of fertility struggle!!! She hid from me that I had miscarriage !!! Told me I need to loos weight if I ever want to see a baby of my own ( being at 180) I lost 40 lb and that wasn’t good enough for her. Her aid told me that she can’t even see my belly button while she was measuring my waist. ( 150lb at this point) that was my point when I said to myself I can go somewhere else instead being abuse. I waisted 1.5 years on her nonsense and I almost believed I would never have a child. I switch to uconn ( they were wonderful) I have 4 beautiful babies and never heard a thing about being overweight or that I need to loos more weight in order to get pregnant. If you can just stay away from DR Lubna she will be rude in rush and she will get you nowhere. ( my issue wasn’t weight or hormones it was genetics so no matter what the scale would show I would have had hard time to have healthy baby)"

"This doctor is the most apathetic, inconsiderate doctor I've ever met. I am sure this doctor doesn't care about the feelings of her patients. Trying to get pregnant is rough road and full of anxiety for a woman but Dr. Pal doesn't care. She is always in a hurry, and at the most spent only 10 minutes to speak to you. You could even see in her movements that she' s always in a "rush-rush" mode. If you want to speak to her on the phone, her assistant (her nurse aide or nurse) won't let you speak to the doctor , even if you request for any convenient time for the doctor to call back. She does not have any compassion at all to patients. I wonder why she chose to be a doctor.....or to even specialize in women's health if she does not even listen to her patients."

"I loved her personally and she is highly professional and educated and answered all my questions and concerns. And she really cares about me as a human. She is the best."

"I had a 1pm apt with Dr Pal as a new patient and her office canceled as I was waiting for her (at 1:10pm) because she refused to see me as she did not have my previous medical records. I asked to see her and talk to her anyway, as I could tell her my history in person but she refused. Her office called me at 3pm that day and told me they made a mistake and misplaced my records. They rescheduled me for 1 month later. Very unprofessional and rude behavior."

"This doctor has no empathy and no bedside manners. No compassion also. She treats her patients as just "money-generating" sources"
