"Unfortunately, I saw Dr. Reid as I was trying to find a doctor after my previous doctor retired. At my visit she was extremely rude, callous and judgmental. Throughout the appointment she made several rude remarks and I felt anything but comfortable, after I explained that I had a bad experience with an IUD placement in the past and I preferred to have my mother in law present for the appointment and for my mother to be present on FaceTime in the event that something went wrong again. She made several side comments about my decision and after the appointment we caught her telling the nurse that we were "weird", as a patient I was appalled by such unprofessional behavior coming from someone who took an oath to "do no harm", I felt bullied and made fun of and I did not feel properly cared for. I would urge anyone considering her as a possible physician to make a different choice."
