"Dr was great. Office staff was great. The office manager apparently insists that patients arrive 15 mins before their appt - you get texts and emails and phone calls all saying how necessary it is. Then you get there and the office is closed and dark until the time of your appointment. Ridiculous policy. Also I needed a chair as I was on crutches and there was not one."
"First of all, although I was not a patient (I just moved from NYC), they fit me in within 24 hours since I needed to see someone. I also thought the questionnaire was awesome! I loved that they tried to make sure women were safe by asking about possible abuse. The woman who weighed me in was so sweet and friendly and couldn't have been nicer, and the PA Amy Serrano looked young, but was very gently and thorough and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience."
