"horrible experience. ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday & the flowers were falling apart, the vase was delivered broken with water leaking out of it. I also ordered a XL size and what I received looked like a size Small!! never again will be ordering from 1800flowers. save yourself the headache & buy flowers elsewhere."

"Nancy, you are a disgrace and a fraud. I never made a bad review before, but you cannot exist in this day and age. My son ordered a corsage for his prom on 6/16. Within 30 min after placing the order in the store, he decided to cancel it and order it from somewhere else. He was verbally aggressed and bullied. 1-800 flowers corporate told him they cannot help, because the order was placed in the store. So I called the store within 2 hours after that and asked for a cancellation and refund. I was told by Nancy that she cannot fax the request at that time because “corporate was closed and nobody could answer the fax”. When replying that her statement was insulting, Nancy hung up the phone… 3 times. Here’s to a 0 rating for customer service! The 3rd time I called she answered by “you have a strong accent” and hung up again. Here’s to the reason why I will report this store to make sure it doesn’t exist. The 1 star is in the hope the 1-800 flowers does the right thing, refunds us and closes this store."

"Place is a joke, ordered stuff for Mother’s Day got the email confirmation saying arrives 5/12/2023. It’s now the 13th so contacting customer service an they say it won’t be delivered till the 19th yet the order confirmation don’t say that nothing like false information an will never order from this place again"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Placed an order to have flowers delivered to a funeral. I received an email that my order was canceled because they were unable to find a local florist. So I ordered from elsewhere. The next day I received an email that my ordered was being prepared for delivery. I immediately called to have this cancelled as per their email. They tried to claim the never sent the email, when clearly it was from their customer service department. They refused to refund me, refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Why should I be charged for their mistake?? I spent 45 minutes waiting on hold to have this situation corrected. What a nightmare. Had to open a dispute with the credit card company."

"I should have believed the reviews. I ordered the Large Lovely Lavender minus the strawberries. In what world does what I received look anywhere close to what I ordered?? I understand that some flowers may need time to bloom but there are a lot of flowers missing and gaps. This is not a full bouquet. And I put my order in 2 weeks ago in case the pandemic would impact availability. I would not order from them again. I gave 2 stars because the item was delivered on the expected date and that was good."
