"Placed an order for a new baby boy and wanted a balloon attached. The order arrived with no balloon. I called and the person at the store told me he would not make good the the missing balloon even though it was his mistake and only a mile away from the delivery. Too many other florists in the neighborhood that take pride in their work and would fix their mistake. I was charged 100 plus for a plant that I could have got at Lowe’s for 30, so I can’t fix it until Monday was not a good answer. Sorry flower basket you need more dedicated workers when people spend that type of money."
